learning from within {lessons}

good morning, from a cafe table,

Today, is all about learning.

Every day, we are learning.

We learn when we attend our classes–whether a simple College Algebra course where you’re learning how to factor radical exponents, or an upper-level course on Social Psychology, where the entire class is experimental-based.

We learn when we attend to the duties of our jobs and careers–whether you’re slinging tapioca pearls at a bubble tea house or a veterinarian performing a life-saving operation on an injured Boston Terrier.

We learn when we experience something new, whether exciting or distressing. We learn when we are faced with challenges that may compromise our futures, or decisions that may affect us for the rest of our lives (…in these bodies, at least).

We learn when we ride the bus downtown, when we sit at a cafe table and soak in the surroundings–the bustling energy, the aromas, and the faces that are passing without any knowledge of your observations.

Life, is all about learning.

Sometimes, when learning, you’ll fail. It’s inevitable. Failure, or to fail, is simply your first attempt at learning.

“If you do not succeed in something, you must try again”–this saying has been around for decades, perhaps centuries.

However, it’s old knowledge that continues to renew itself with time and adapts to each and every situation–learn from your mistakes, and try again.

Making mistakes is not something that makes you look foolish, or idiotic. It’s also important not to care what others may say about you when you make a mistake. Making mistakes is simply human. Some of the most successful people in our time [the legendary Apple guru Steve Jobs, for example], have make many mistakes before finally succeeding.

Perhaps you may become discouraged and may want to give up–so, try a new approach, or  even adapt to your situation.

Learning is key in understanding yourself and how things work. Trying a new approach to something that previously has not been successful is a wonderful start. Adapting to your situation (making the most of things) falls perfectly along with the saying, “learn to dance in the rain, not wish for it to stop raining”…

sowhen life hands you lemons, make lemonade !

FOLLOW YOUR INTUITION! {It is always right.}

Final words of encouragement:

… all you can do, is learn from your past mistakes, move on, and you will grow stronger from them. Every great person is made up of flaws entirely.

tata for now,

Emme
